We also provide personalised, evidence-based therapy for mental health conditions and symptom management of:

Living with a health condition

Chronic pain encompasses conditions like irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia, migraines, endometriosis, back and neck pain, and many others. It may have a detrimental effect on your emotional and psychological state, resulting in anxiety, depression, anger, grief, isolation, sleep problems or hopelessness. These symptoms further diminish quality of life and play a pivotal role in keeping your “alarm system” activated and the pain-fear cycle continuing.

We are trained in mind-body approaches to healing chronic pain, emphasising the understanding and management of psychological factors that influence pain and its impact. Our techniques are aimed at rewiring the nervous system to restore a sense of safety, reducing pain signals and supporting your journey toward health and harmony.

Burnout recovery

Burnout is a state of emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion caused by prolonged stress, overwork, or feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities. Common symptoms can include mood changes, anxiety, chronic fatigue, feelings of cynicism or detachment from work or personal life, reduced productivity, irritability, changes in sleep patterns, and somatic concerns, like headaches, muscle tension and increased susceptibility to illness.

We provide tailored strategies to help rebuild your emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing, promoting self-compassion and balance. By fostering a deeper connection with your own needs and limits, we aim to guide you towards a more sustainable, fulfilling, and healthy path in both your personal and professional life.

Adjustment to life transitions

Life's path is rarely predictable, and navigating its challenges can be incredibly tough. People often struggle with change, loss, disappointment and uncertainty in profound ways. Change can disrupt routines and stability, triggering feelings of anxiety or fear of the unknown. Loss, whether of a loved one, a relationship, a job, or a dream, can lead to grief and profound sadness.

Whilst these challenges may strain your sense of identity and purpose, they also present opportunities for growth and self-discovery. Through gaining skills and insights, we strive to support you in embracing life's challenges, fostering clarity, authenticity, and a sense of hope.

Women’s health

Historically, research has predominantly focused on male subjects, leading to limited understanding of female health problems and how conditions manifest differently in women. As a result, many conditions, including pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder, premenstrual stress, and premenstrual exacerbations of other disorders are often overlooked or misunderstood.

Our approach to women's health issues emphasises a holistic understanding of the unique physiological and psychological factors influencing women's wellbeing. We believe in empowering women to understand the messages their bodies communicate and to address the specific needs and challenges women face with compassion and authenticity.
